I have exciting news! For your convenience the Sunday morning messages will now be available online. You can listen to the message online or you can download the message and take it with you on your handheld device. You can link to the messages through the website, my blog, or you can subscribe to the podcast at iTunes. Just search Venice Church Podcast in the iTunes store. Our prayer ministry, Just Pray, has a couple of events coming up this month. This Friday evening they are going to the Venice Boardwalk to take some food and to pray with people there. On Saturday August 28th they are having a prayer “retreat” in Temescal Canyon. All are invited to attend and participate. For more information contact them at justprayvbc@gmail.com.
The next Seek N Surf is coming on Saturday August 14th at Manhattan Beach Pier. Beach Volleyballers are also welcome. Mark Coleman is getting that rolling. Men! Our road trip is coming up September 12th – 14th. Space is filling up quickly. You better get signed up! We are going to be houseboating on Lake Mojave. It will be spectacular.
